We are Estudio Jurídico Gutiérrez Galván & Asociados S.R.L. (hereinafter "Frater"), a Peruvian company identified with RUC No. 20601871948 and domiciled at Avenida Primavera No. 1871, Int. 402, Urbanización C.C. de Monterrico, district of Santiago de Surco, province and department of Lima.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") allows us to provide you with more information about the processing of personal data that we carry out through our website.

This policy is aligned with the applicable Peruvian regulations, especially Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, which approves the Regulations of the Personal Data Protection Law. The information that is collected through our website, is treated under what is indicated in the data banks registered with the National Registry of Personal Data Protection of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice.

The collection of personal data is mandatory. In the case of not allowing the collection, it will not be possible to fulfill the purposes outlined in the policy. In the case of having an optional nature, this condition will be informed at the time of collection.

a. Web hosting service: KnownHost LLC, identified by company number 4249284, and located at 5 Beech Tree Drive, Glen Mills, 19342, Pennsylvania, United States.
b. Cookie Service: Alphabet INC, identified by company number 3582692 and located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, United States.
c. Cloud storage service: Dropbox, identified by company number 4348296, and located at 1800 Owens, San Francisco, California, United States; and Microsoft Corporation, identified by company number 600413485, and located at One Microsoft Way, Redmond, Washington, United States.

5.3. Public Entities
Due to legal obligations or a court order, personal data may be transferred to administrative entities, judicial and/or law enforcement authorities.

6. Quality of personal data.
Users who accept the policy declare that the personal data provided on the website are true, complete, accurate, and up to date. Therefore, responsibility for the quality of the personal data is assumed.

7. Security of personal data.
We have technical and organizational security measures to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized access or processing that may affect the security of personal data, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed.

The request to exercise ARCO rights must be sent to the email administracion@frateradvisors.com, attaching the following requirements:

➔ Copy of DNI, foreigner's card, passport, or any identity document.
➔ Power of attorney confirming representation, if applicable.
➔ The request for action required on the personal data.
➔ Documents supporting the request.

10. Validity and/or updates of the policy.
The latest version of this policy is published on our website. We reserve the right to update it, in the event of any change in the legislation or by our business criteria.
